Nah, make it less, like 10-20 wins. Adding a gun with just matches complete as a requirement just leads to assholes going AFK in a competitive game mode they admit themselves they dont like, but for some reason feel they deserve the pinnacle weapon for?? Trash imo

20 would be doable. I run solo so I cringe at even thinking about it but even I’m on a winning team every now and then. And yeah, this is the only part that is a grind, I’m almost done with the auto rifle stuff after 10 or so matches.

Yeah, i just dont like that it encourages players to simply 'be there.' I usually run a 4 stack, but the times i have solo queued lately, it seems theres always one asshole in our spawn 'farming gambit clears.' I honestly wish Bungie would either make it so you get kicked if you havent done shit except jostle your control to keep you getting kicked OR just change the requirements to require wins. I also just think the idea of being able to get the gambit weapon without even winning a game is bullshit, especially considering youre expected to sit in crucible for 4 years to get Mountaintop.
