so i got banned today for titan skating using a razor mouse?
why is it that all these youtube content creators are able to run this with out issue? i learned it from some of these content creators and thought it was allowed due to the fact i wasnt running third party applications.
i would just like a little information as to how this resulted in a ban.

Your actually not supposed to be titan skating in PvP. Its kinda been dubbed to be unsportsmanlike when you do. PvE no one cares but PvP, you kinda are ruining the experience for everyone by doing that crap.

6 RepliesBecause you used macros. Simple as that.

2 RepliesI think it might be an exploit. Or considered an exploit according to Bungie. I'm not entirely sure about this. The teams you were playing might have been reporting you.

2 RepliesYou deserve a ban for exploiting movement. The system probably saw it as speed hacking so GG for you.

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific. If it was done due to your using macros it is still against terms. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
