Bungie bans me without a convincing reason :)
I am an adventurer and a bug explorer, I play games just to find bugs , that's one of my favorite parts in video games, I've found 100s of bugs in other games and I decided why not to see if Destiny 2 has bugs, and poof , i got my account banned ...
[i][b]Why is this not reasonable :[/b][/i]
1- Who the heck will be hurt if I found a bug in the freaking open world, let me enjoy the game!
2- Since when is Glitching or finding bugs bannable ?, it's something you should fix am not modifying the game or something , am not even making use of it !
3- At least notify me before banning me (For No Big Reason!!!)
Well, I guess am happy that I got banned before buying the DLC for a silly game that doesn't respect their players!

7 RepliesSo you are finding bugs yet not reporting them? That's probably why or you did what most cheaters do and run programs on your PC or have viruses on your PC running.

I'm not lucky as you, I've bought the DLC less than two weeks(Black Friday discount period), and I got banned because of the internet issue not on my side... [url]https://www.bungie.net/zh-cht/Forums/Post/249948503?sort=0&page=0[/url] And the worst thing is that I cannot find a good way to contact the Bungie staffs, I'm not sure whether post our issue here is suitable or not, but this is the only way I can go, and yet indeed most of the replies are impractical. I know Bungie is a big company, sure they don't care those tiny little amount of players facing some strange problem in game, since they've already earned our money, but not for the next.

8 RepliesBungie does not ban for any exploits. You were caught some time ago having had something on your computer that triggered an investigation. What you were doing when you were banned is irrelevant as it was not the cause of the ban. Bans are not issued immediately. Sometimes they can take months. They do this so hackers can not look at their own logs to determine what triggered the anticheat detection.

These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, [b]even if not destiny 2 specific[/b] [b]Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans.[/b] [b]Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason.
