So the Black Armoury is basically
A new smaller raid, not many raid so forget that.
3 forges, with new armour, it's new armour so fair play but I'm guessing the perks are the same, but the weapons are all reskins. World bosses, that drop yet more reskins.Oh and the last word quest on the 29th January, a returning D1 gun. No strikes, gambit maps, PvP maps
And you want £35 ? LuL
If I don't buy it, I can still hit max power 650, do iron banner, and almost everything else, for a cost of £0.
It's a wait and see what the forges are like tbh, I've bought every dlc previously and been excited, but this one I'm not feeling it.

It’s more like 12$ bc the 35$ gets you 3 DLCs across a whole year.. Which is similar to the cost of lunch at a fast food restaurant. I mean seriously, are you that poor that you feel the need to complain about something that cheap? Maybe you should sell your console and tv and go buy some food..

It's for the annual pass. If $35 is a massive financial obstacle for this year for you, then perhaps Destiny 's dlc launch plans should be a little lower on your priority list.

1 ReplyI'm waiting to see also. it's not like you won't be able to buy the annual pass after Dec 4th. I started destiny 2 during the free phase in Sept, paid for forsaken, beat literally everything the game has to offer in a month. and now it wants another quarter... we'll see. a telling sign of my boredom is me spending time to read the game forums. I've been doing a lot of that this last month.

They don't usually show us everything and there is also speculation that "Naomi labs" is another dungeon like shattered throne...here's hoping...but whatever, if you don't want it, don't get it, I'm excited though, this new model is going to be the best thing that ever happened to the game and this will be the best year of destiny thus far

3 RepliesWhere did you get the idea you can still reach 650 without purchasing the annual pass? As far as I am aware you still need the latest content to get the extra power level which is how it’s always worked

The raid my be smaller than last wish but it's a full length raid. Also you get the other 2 dlcs that come with it when they release.

40 pounds is not just for black armory, but for all the content of annual pass, witch is like 3 or 4 dlc's, there are 2-3 raids and loads of gear, weapons and activities. the game is awesome and black armory will make it even more fun, btw here is a review-talk show with many of the Destiny fans , in youtube, you will see what exactly the annual pass has to offer and how much you get for 40 pounds, then decide.
