Okay, this is only a theory and it’s one of huge speculation, but the word Penumbra, is a hidden message. Okay, if you take it back to its Latin roots you get paene: almost, and umbra: shadow. Almost Shadow. So I found out thanks to all of you that this will (probably) be about Calus and becoming his shadows. Which would actually, be great for a lot of reasons. A. We would now have a powerful ally. B. The idea of working with Cabal would be awesome. C. It makes Penumbra a fitting title. Again. Paeneumbra (the Latin word for penumbra) means Almost Shadow. In other words, we are ALMOST his Shadows.
