'That takes gun skill to actually reward.' All you have to do is get hit. One bullet. Boom, increased damage, tracking, and an overshield after the kill. Broken as hell. Gwisin is bs but every class has their bs.

Omg you have to kill them for increased damage. Big difference. The exotic is still ridiculously op. It works in super so you're basically a walking tank.

It doesn't make a bad player better, it can however make a good player great. An item is broken when it is universally beneficial for almost every player. Same reason why LH and NF aren't broken. #gitgud
