I agree 5 is BS. The portal comes back shortly after anyway. Waiting too long just means you get one invade in the time you could have two. Ads and the witches do not get weakened from a slayer stack either. When we play with a full team, we usually have a designated invader that goes through the portal constantly while we work on the primevil. He goes through immediately every time unless he is getting heavy or killing an invader.

If your invader is bad its a waste but if your invader can get 4 kills and wipe them in their spawn thats a lot of down time for the enemy. This is especially important for combating 0-1 buff stack strats

Edited by Yuri Tardid: 12/1/2018 8:30:02 AMThe only circumstance I can think of for not invading is if your team’s primevil has already been summoned and you’re about to melt it. At that point, don’t even bother going over, keep a look out for invaders and help with damage instead.
