I've contacted Gamestop and they said i needed to get with Bungie to fix this issue cause they are basically the middle man and cant do anything to help me, i then got in contact with the Bungie store support to see if they code help and they directed me here to get my answer? I'm not quite understanding what i can do here but here is the problem:
I received my collectors edition Cadye-6 box with all items except the "Guardians Call" emblem code. I have a card that talks about how to redeem it but in the box above there is no code or scratch able code either, its basically blank.
If a bungie employee could help me i would appreciated it greatly, if anything I do have screenshots of my order and ticket # from Bungie Store too! I just don't want to miss out on this emblem.

1 ReplyBungie is unable to help you in this case. This is a problem with GameStop as they have technically sold you a defective product. Bungie cannot do anything in this case. Which ever GameStop employee directed you to bungie was quite mistaken or just didn’t want to deal with you.
