Update 1.29 Destiny 2 not downloading. Ps4 pro.

My Ps4 pro is having trouble downloading update 1.29. Sometimes it gets to either 4% or 10% of the preparing process. If it makes it past that then it either downloads a few megabytes and stops there with 99+ hours remaining or it continuously downloads anything up to about half a gigabyte and restarts the download. I have read through lots of old threads about this issue, none specifically about this update, and I have tried all the fixes they have recommended but none of them have worked for me. Please advise.

  • Hi. Thanks for your report. Does your console have enough space to download the update? You may want to clear your console cache and check to see if that might help with your issue.

    • Tried resetting your router? Running a wired connection?

      • Also, you could try turning off Remote Play, since it broadcasts a signal so your ps Vita could connect to it.
