Let us lock the perks we want to keep with "specified item/s" but the reforging process will still give random perks on the perks you want changed that can be locked once we get the roll we want. It shouldn't be cheap to reforge either but still. I know there will be 2 different opinions on this subject but lets act like civil beings and have a great discussion.
