Spectral blades is a super, not a primary you can abuse. As of this moment, Gwisin vest makes you basically have an unlimited super until 9-10 kills. And ever since the spectral blades buff, the super has become more viable along with flawless perfection and the venomous smoke. It’s broken and it needs to be fixed or ‘nerfed’. It’s not nerfing it because it’s broken as it is and you can extend your super an unlimited amount of times instead of just once.

It’s broken, and in no way is it ‘fun’ to play a team that has 5 people running this subclass with this broken exotic. Facing one after another in continuous succession from the 3 minute of a match is utter nonsense. Along with Grenade Launcher spam, thanks Bungo, Crucible is now hell.

Nah. It needs to be fixed. But don't worry, I'm sure it'll still be a great supplementary exotic to Spectral Blades even after its changed. It needs to function similar to Raiden Flux for the Arcstrider.

I would probably never use gwisin vest until they fix it. Even I see it unbalanced, and I [b]LOVE[/b] Spectral Blades. Hopefully they make the exotic more like raiden flux. It would be more balanced, and still fun. If they fix it the right way, that is.

5 RepliesIf it’s a bug then fine fix that but if people are crying because it’s strong then bungie shouldn’t touch it until they nerf some other stuff. Hunters have been hit with the nerf hammer way too much compared to the other classes.

If it's fun and people like it, Bungie will nerf it. They don't like fun. They prefer listening to the perpetually complaining Crucible snowflakes who just can't handle anything in this game.

Not sure why it needs nerfing though. If they do nerf it I will just go back to using stompeez. We need multiple strong exotics nerfing things just makes people use the next best thing. Example synthoceps was the go to titan exotic. They are still good but you don’t see them as much because there are so many other good exotics and shotguns. Nerfing things like Ursa and one eyed mask will just push everyone back to synthoceps and dunemarchers.
