I created an account and utilized the referral link provided to me by a friend. Went to the link an followed the proper steps and have been notified that "Successfully created link!" However, beneath that it says "Before you can confirm your Link, you need to Buy Destiny 2: Forsaken and Create a Character. Come back to www.bungie.net/referafriend when you are ready." I've already purchased forsaken and had a character created (level 30-230light) at the time I accepted the link. Have closed the application, restarted PS4, and restarted router, to no avail. Looking forward to a response.
