Gwisin Vest Frequently does not work
Ive noticed this recently but when using way of the wraith with gwisin vest, there are very often times where when using my super i cannot get its exotic perk to proc AT ALL. And im not talking about in one super it works once, doesnt work the second heavy, works the third.
Im saying there are frequently times where no matter how many times i try in one super, i NEVER get any energy return. No matter how many kills before going invisible, if i pace em out, nothing, for some super durations the vest just completely fails to function. Please look into this.

If it did, it glitches out and will never restore again, often requiring your death or removal of the vest to fix it. #2 Is this your 2nd time using that super within the same event? Even in the blind well, or a public event, if you use it twice it won't work the 2nd time. #3 Did you create 5 orbs? Even if you only kill 2 things but they're big enemies and you make 5 orbs it won't restore any super anymore. You also have to pace your heavy attacks. Give it a second in between or it bugs out and won't restore any more either. This thing is FULL of glitches.
