There Are Only 3 Perks in the Game For Primaries; Outlaw, Kill Clip, and Rampage
You guys really need to nerf Kill Clip and Rampage. These two perks alone completely overshadow any other perk in the game. With the lack of new weapons in the game and energy primaries being inferior to their kinetic counterparts, getting new weapons to drop is very uninteresting.
