Yes, by doing Dreaming City stuff. The thing is when i get random legendarie engram it ussually turns into Tangled shore gear. Which is dumb imo. Anywho i want to get Enhanced perks gear so i wonder if the Dreaming Well or whatever is a good source. Asides from petras quests obviously. Thanks.
