I paid 300 reais in the expansion of the game that in my country is 3 times more expensive than in the US, to play 5 days and have a problem with my account where, nobody helps me, there is an email, a phone no Bungie to help , total neglect with player. I am quite disappointed even after having brought many friends to the game and helping them I ended up frustrated.

2 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 11/22/2018 2:25:27 PMBungie thanks you for bringing friends to the game. Bungie punishes you for not following the rules. You having brought friends to the game has no bearing on your inability to follow the rules and terms you agreed to. In the terms that you said you read, you agreed that Bungie could do this without notice, and are now upset that you received no explanation. It's also in their policy to not discuss bans. You may not like it, but it's what you agreed to accept, and complaining about it after the fact is a bit pointless when everything you need to know (not want) is available to you. Wanting more info is entirely up to you, but you have to accept that you won't get it. It may be frustrating, but that's just how it is, however sucky you may feel that fact is. As a somewhat related to your post side note, 300 Reals is only about 78 USD, that's barely double, definitely not three times more expensive for Forsaken (which was 40 USD. Still expensive by comparison, but not as much as high as you tried to claim.
