  • I didnt purchase it. I clicked to decode my earned engram and a purchased engram came with it. There needs to be a confirmation of a purchase before you can take my money or it's stolen

    The confirmation is the click. An item was purchased, it was either intentional or accidental. You clicked 2x once to open once to buy. Your connection being laggy is to blame. They are not going to refund it. Sorry bud.

  • I have 3k silver have had it for a while and decrypt around 15 engrams a week. What happened to you, does not happen often or to many people.
