Hey there,
Appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. So regarding this issue, I would recommend the following, start by going into your battle.net app and under the options tab when Destiny is selected choosing the "Scan and repair" tool. After running this double check to see if this issue persists and if so we'll continue with further troubleshooting steps.

Just want to say thank you to Bungie for not bothering to continue helping with this issue nor responding to the message I sent (this is sarcasm, btw). Clearly you are too busy discovering new ways to relieve your player base of their cash to be bothered with missing items that are given away (heaven forbid!!). Your reputation of supporting the average player is untouched from its already severely tarnished record and I congratulate you on your clear and complete integration with Activision and their stellar history in relation to their consumers (more sarcasm). Keep up the solid work and [lack of] support.

Just wanted to clarify (as my original post sounds... odd): I created a Warlock, finished the main game with him, but because I wasn't happy with how he looked, I deleted him and re-made him. At the end of finishing the main game, Tess from Eververse (love Claudia Black) offers a free gift. I didn't know that when I deleted my character so I never claimed that gift. I made 2 other characters (Hunter and Titan) and they both got the free gift. That's when I realized my Warlock never got it. Now I'm asking if there's a way I can get it for my Warlock. Now for what you suggested: I did that and it said no updates were needed at the end of the scan (paraphrasing as I don't recall exact wording).
