It does not drop from the strike, [i]at all.[/i] And to drive my point home even more, I just checked your play history, and you've been doing Heroic Story missions, which I specifically said is what you should [i]not[/i] be doing.

First off, that was never how you got the armor. Second, always read the patch notes, because they changed how they dropped in one of the first patches, and said what you needed to do. The armor only drops from heroic adventures, meaning you can only get it during a Tangled Shore flashpoint (you used to be able to get them from any Tangled Shore adventure). You get one guaranteed drop on your first Heroic adventure completion each day, on each character, with repeat runs having a chance for a drop. There is also a sidearm and a grenade launcher that can drop, so you may get one of those ones of armor, and make sure you are doing Heroic [i]adventures[/i], not heroic story missions.
