You do the same. If I dont like your Trust, am I to expect you to stop using it? If a guns good its good
And people will have fun with it
I use Wavesplitter becauee its good and fun, its like the golden age of Prometheus lens, and it rocks
I use Conspirator because it's great for gambit
What's there to accomplish when your cryibg about a gun, get better and learn how to counter it, if someones spamming it, use a scouty or pulse and wreck them from afar
Same with shotguns, Conspirator hits hard and fast and its a Vanilla D2 raid weapon
I can wreck a whole team twice when i invade with that gun alone
Do i stop when they cry about it? No they adapt though and learn to counter me(mainly hiding in the back of the spawn cave tell im gone) but still :)

Telesto is like a long range dust rock blues. A dust rock blues that has 7 times the range, and fires bunches of trip mine grenades in tight beams that ensure death by contact or proximity.
-
2 RepliesMy only problem is the range it can map from. A simple stability nerf is all it needs: still good up close but not able to completely map.
-
The problem with it is I can peak you for .00001 of a second and you stick me with one cluster and I die
-
Any weapon that can kill sweaty players is bad, noobs as they call them are not allowed to have an upper hand.
-
Telesto is a great weapon. Hand cannon users can’t complain seeing they are the current meta. I love using most of the weapon classes in the game. I’ve always found it absurd that players complain about any weapons at all. To each their own.
-
1 ReplyYa people are stupid. They complain about telesto...as they shotgun rush everyone, never to touch a primary weapon.
-
I think it’s a hubris thing... good players get really -blam!-ing butthurt if they’re killed by a lesser opponent who is taking advantage of good, easy to use guns. Colony got the same response. These puds run around with Bygones and a shotgun and pretend like Telesto is somehow easier to use than those other god-tier weapons. Try to tell one of them that a really good player with a not forgotten completely ruins pvp for 90% of players. Tell them it should be nerfed. They will -blam!-ing rage like a child who forgot about nap time. “It should be good because I’m good and I earned it.” Makes sense... give the best players the best guns and watch them cry about the guns that kill them occasionally.
-
6 Replies
I can wreck a whole team twice when i invade with that gun alone
Now that would be an amazing feat... How exactly do you bypass it kicking you back to your side after getting four kills?
-
I feel if they put it back in heavy no one would touch it no more or add legend of acrius to secondary so I can 1 shot people in there supers for free 😎😎😎
-
"people will use guns they like"... Bs! People will use whatever the popular streamer says the "Meta" is.

21 RepliesEdited by sv rocks 3: 11/20/2018 2:57:20 PMBecause the stats on the weapon don't fit into any archetype of fusion currently in the game. Shorter charge time, yet the highest impact (only fusion in the game to kill with 4 bolts no matter what). 0 range dropoff and very small spread even at pretty long distances. The weapon stats speak for themselves, the weapon is broken. You can't argue facts.
-
12 RepliesTelesto is a crutch.
-
16 RepliesAnd here we are with people defending the only weapon in the game that takes less skill than a shotgun. I bet half of these defenses are from the same people that say Luna's needs a nerf. Guns like Telesto only turn Crucible into a dumbed down bedazzled Call of Duty. The worst defenses of this garbage are the ones that actually try to argue that its skillful. Its just pathetic when you see people shooting the floors and the walls on purpose because they hope someone will accidentally run into the splats.
-
People USE the guns that are the best. Not many people actually enjoy it.
-
1 ReplyBecause there are 3 slots in destiny 2: The primary slot. The crutch slot. The Grief slot.
-
Telesto has always been good, especially if you can adapt to the (relatively) slow charge time. In D1 it was an absolute tank destroyer in Combined Arms - hit an interceptor or pike from the side or rear and they were gone, baby...
-
Telesto!
Their are many like it but this one is mine without me, my Telesto is USELESS!!! without my Telesto I AM USELESS!!!
-
11 RepliesThe only thing I hate currently and view as way too op is Nova Warp. I hate usually hate nerfs, but that thing needs a nerf.
-
It’s just super Annoying especially when 3+ players on the enemy team are using it and they spam it everywhere.
-
8 RepliesThere is no countering Wavesplitter. In the time it takes you to acquire the target and pull the trigger once . . . you're dead. I had never faced it til last night and I had the Monty Python King Arthur reaction "JESUS CHRIST!!" I am assuming it will slowly trickle into the crucible as more get it to drop for them.
-
2 RepliesOnly problem imo is the proximity detonation. People just spam them on choke points.
-
5 RepliesIt takes zero skills to use. Should be in the heavy slot with a boost to range if they did that
-
People with half a brain can tell difference between a weapon that takes actual aiming and timing and a weapon that you can just spray in a general direction and get an automatic kill. Telesto is an awesome weapon now and I’m happy but don’t seriously pretend using a telesto is no different than using an old scout rifle. Seriously?
-
I kinda feel like it fires almost twice the number of bolts a regular fusion fires and they persist after missing as well. The biggest gripe I have with it is that it's the most forgiving fusion.
QBB doesn't count being a linear
-
31 RepliesCuz noobs love this fkn gun. They feel op playing with it. The truth is it's a fkn no skill weapon that belongs in heavy slot. Don't nerf it, just put it to heavy slot ( in crucible at least )

Edited by cc99999: 11/20/2018 2:55:29 PMI think generally speaking, people aren't that articulate. They want to talk about the game and need something that people will engage in a conversation with them about. The "I hate META weapons/ Telsto/ Graviton/ Mida Multi / etc. etc." is mana for these types. running telesto is a good option for a number of different play styles. It is not a no skill weapon. Just like Colony is not a no skill weapon. You can run both of these guns and still get crushed on the regular in crucible. But people who have nothing really interesting to say about the game will come on the forums and talk down to other players and take on the mantle of moral superiority. Odds are these same players are not using guns that put them at a disadvantage, but presume that other players who use whatever the weapon is that people tend to use because they think it helps them out, are just crutching on the "meta" and are by this action ruining the game for them. It's not true, it's never been true.
