As title says. Can I get a bow without having Forsaken DLC? Please, keep in mind a few things before answering: first, I know a bow is given through a campaign, so I am talking about the other 2 legendary bows only. Second, I read a lot of people stating they found one from engrams/gunsmith while having no DLC. Third, I need answers from people who actually KNOW the answer, please don't come up with something like "It is Forsaken content, so obviously not", because I do find a lot of Forsaken armors and weapons.
