Can't claim Engram?
So I saved up all of my Gunsmith Materials and then traded them in to Arcite for my first engram. Right as it would have shown the engram icon, the game froze and when it caught up, the engram icon wasn't there, and I couldn't trade in more materials.
Is there a way to reset this, or have it be reset (or just fixed) without making a new character slot?
