This.
Also, make sure you invade the split second the other team summons their prime. This will keep them distracted while your teamates are gathering motes trying to catch up.
Also, never bank anything less than 15 motes. Go big or go home.
I've also heard that it's good luck to pop your super, grenade, and class ability in the waiting room. This is a secret tactic that causes the AI to glitch and summon more high value targets once the round starts.
Another tip, if you're invading, make sure you sit and wait by the bank the entire round until the portal opens. You'll be sure to get the early jump on them this way.
Do the above steps and you'll be a Dredgen in no time.

Uh you actually should ALWAYS invade the moment they spawn in order to prevent them from killing their wizards so they become overwheled with blockers
-
Yeah because it takes more than ONE PERSON to kill a witch. Forehead

Edited by Mara Sov’s Step Bro: 11/22/2018 12:29:23 AMArmy of one much? Its basic knowledge that you should invade immediately to prevent them from building stacks and clearing blockers and its going to be even more important when they nerf the catch-up mechanic
-
Actually it isn't basic knowledge to invade the second they summon their prime. If the prime is at full health, your invader kills are pointless. You should be helping your team either catch up, or burn.

Edited by Mara Sov’s Step Bro: 11/22/2018 12:58:19 AMThe point is it prevents them from instantly melting the primeval (and you get constant invasion portals anyway so it doesnt matter if it isnt healed when youre wiping them from doing any damage in the first place and making their supers useless or making them waste them) - which is only possible with primeval stacks - that you get from killing the wizards - that they cant get if theyre dead Please do go on about how you heal said primeval when its melted in 4 seconds? Took this advice from an invader who pulled in 29 kills in 2 rounds and I went on to a 13 winstreak If your team is THAT FAR behind their spawn you need 4 people to pick up motes youve already lost because the moment they get x2 primeval stacks that boss is melted. You can melt it in 10s with 0 stacks with proper setup But hey you do you guy. Keep throwing me the wins

Edited by mpuchar: 11/22/2018 2:31:41 AMYou obviously need to learn how to play gambit. Good luck getting the title with that mentality. Yikes
🖐✌
Edited by Mara Sov’s Step Bro: 11/22/2018 2:53:06 AMOh you mean the title I progressed 9 out of 11 on over the course of two days without even trying? I just need protect the runner and the ghost shell. I mean I could have protect the runner its just that I wasnt even paying attention to the seal and actually didnt even look at the requirement until 5 minutes ago... so... Yeah Ill get that in season 5 when I actually have a reason to play Gambit again. Thanks though.
