Okay. Before any tryhard meta abusing kid comes in here and just starts screaming, here me out: The competitive reward is supposed to be powerful and a trophy at the same time. Luna's Howl is definitely powerful, but so many people have it that I would hardly consider it a trophy weapon. However, the gun has a very small skill gap. Anyone can be good with Luna's Howl and almost anyone can acquire it. I've seen a guy with a 0.76 K/D have the gun. The gun (180 HCs in general) does the same amount of flinch as 110 HCs and fires faster while having high stability and recoil direction. This leads to a gun that rewards players that spam the trigger almost as much as it rewards a player that takes the time to land crits. Add this to a team shooting environment (comp), and it just isn't fun. The competitive reward should reward well placed shots instead of spamming honestly. Imagine if Luna's was a 140 that required three crits to activate a deadly perk? That is a skill gap right there. But no. Luna's (and all 180s) are very low skill gap weapons that honestly do way to much flinch, and when so many people have a "pinnacle reward" such as that, it ruins the experience. I have the weapon. I don't use it in QP for these reasons.
