Power level 265, how to increase it?
Important note: I don't have any expansions yet. Will buy them after I milk the original game's content.
Sorry for making a similiar topic to the one I've made before - the old one had a bunch of other questions in it and the most important one got mostly ignored. So, yeah, I'm at 265 power level. What can I do to increase it? I'm reading some tips online but they are a bit confusing, like I was supposed to get a 265 legendary weapon from Devrim upon completing his "blue flag quest", but I only got a 260 SMG and a quest for an exotic weapon. Every now and then I get a weapon or armour with power level higher than 265, but it's seemingly random, or at least I haven't noticed when exacly did I get them - I have two level 268 armour pieces, one of them an exotic from completing the pvp milestone, and a 268 energy weapon that I got gods know where. My main weapon is only level 261, have yet to find anything higher.
The game itself fails to explain how this system works and I've yet to understand it myself, hence I'm at a loss :/. Help, please?
TL;DR: Power level 265, what to do to get higher level items, especially kinetic weapon. What to do to not waste potential new items.
