Frame rate stuck at 60fps even when uncapped
My specs are high, V-sync is application controlled in NVidia control panel and shut off in
Destiny 2 settings. I've turned the framerate cap off and also set it to 10000 in CSAR.xml. In game, I get 60fps 100% of the time, with no drops even to 59fps. My monitor is fine, and I play Overwatch at 179fps. What's going on? I can find nothing on the internet. Please help!
