Redrix broadsword quest not completing after 5 rank resets

Hi. I just reset my fifth time for valor rank and claimed the crucible triumph for it but it didn’t register for the Redrix broadsword quest. Is there a way to correct this?

Went to orbit for thunderlord quest and it activated! I guess there is a delay when you complete before it shows up.

Log out of destiny & back in then Shaxx should be highlighted blue.
