Inconsistency in PVP gameplay?
Why is it that when I play PVP one match can be great/feel good and then the next one is terrible? Please help!! Is there nothing Bungie can do improve this? I have invested a lot of time and money to try to fix this issue. I used to think that maybe I was that bad but I'm pretty sure its some type of connection issue. Why do I feel that poor connections offer an advantage? Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way and should get the cheapest connection possible instead of spending a bunch on a good ISP.

I have adjusted settings, sought out the best DNS server, port forwarded and anything else a person can do to improve network speed to no avail. In literally every match I play the opponents glitch around and take no damage as I fall to one shot kills seconds after spawning. By far the worst PVP I've ever played and nothing has been done to balance or improve it.
