Nessus wanted bounties Splendid Mind and Arcane Mind
These two high value targets just don’t spawn after waiting one hour in the location area of where they spawn

Spendid i was in a high ground with a sniper waiting and spoted him pretty at the middle of the area on top of a big white brick. The arcane i found just at the main road in the cisterns. He was roaming around to the left of the parth (next to the waterfalls) A Public Event was about to start at the cisterns in that moment.
