This is a constant headache for me. I've run the tool 3 times and the message keeps coming back. The game has crashed in this manner at least two dozen times in the last two weeks since I downloaded it. Today, it crashed while I was in orbit, then I relaunched the game (without running the tool), and it crashed after I logged back in and got back to orbit. I tried again, and this time it crashed after I selected my character, before it could even finish loading. It keeps showing the same message every time. The BattleNet scan and repair tool is useless.
