Second Seed Of Light
Ok so I have been trying to get the second seed of light. "ShackNews" says complete Blind Well Tier II event. Well I am here to tell ya that just doesn't work. Any Ideas or suggestions. I have been at it for like to 2 days now and still nothing.

1 Replycomplete well tier 2 or above and open the chest. rng is one its way to find you eventually. but the 3rd seed can only be obtained from petra, after you present the offering to the oracle (or rng at first lass wish raid boss).
