Malfeasance last quest step, is it too much?
So I just want to throw this out there... IF you finally get the Servitor to spawn and IF your team beats it first and IF you are high enough light to beat the first step the The Corrupted strike at 580 and then survive the banking mote and wins step, does the last step involving wiping the entire team in one invasion along with defeating 25 guardians seem a little difficult to pull off? I have played quite a few matches and have not come close to wiping out the entire team. When I get to invade they usually invade also leaving three on their side and by the time I have exposed my position I get wrecked with Sleeper or Queensbreaker. I’m not on here to cry, I cried when my wife got cancer and I cried when my twin girls were given ten days to live when they were born premie (they are 8 now btw!) and all kinds of other life problems, along with my vision problems, I just find this part of the quest pretty dang hard and it seems like the AoS quest was relaxed because it was too “hard”! Of those that have gotten it, A) is the gun worth the frustration B) any tips on how to succeed on this part of the step, I have already gotten the 25 guardian kills, sorry for the long post and thanks for the help!

Thanks for all the advice guys and gals, I finally got it!! I used the colony and got the Army of One badge on the Legions Folly map! I just sprayed and prayed! Never liked using Colony cause I thought it was a cheap way to get kills in Crucible so I refused to use it, but it sure helped me out today!!! Thanks all 😎

As a solo player. The wins were much more excruciating

1 ReplyYou don’t have to wipe the team yourself. It can be anyone in your team, and if you play enough, that step should happen pretty much automatically.

2 RepliesIf you have buddies that are absolute legends in gambit that can go in and team wipe, squad up and do that, it’ll be 3 team wiped instead of 1 but it makes it easier for you. The gun is absolutely worth it, it’s a 180 hand cannon so it can compete with Luna’s (without howl proc’d). If you insist on getting the team wipe yourself however, your best bet is a linear sadly but if you don’t want to use them, you have to play aggressively, use the teleporters and launchers to close gaps, most people treat invaders like they’re snipers sitting at the back (for a fair reason) as long as you deviate from that norm you can get a team wipe easily.
