How empty would someone's life have to be to quit a match to prevent some random dudes from getting a gun in a video game?

It's a "victory" without reward. basically you feel like a winner because you beat the system and prevented the opposing team from winning. An "If I go down I'll drag you down with me" mentality.

Not necessarily that. If I was killed by an invader, then emoted on while he’s still active, and I’m able to pull my fireteam to orbit as a “get them back” opportunity when their malfeasance pops, I’ll do it. Won’t even think twice! Straight to orbit. Is it a d1ckhead move? Yep, but so is emoting on another for no reason at all.

lol yup. I understand certain trolling in games like GTA and stuff, but yeah this form of trolling is not cool.
