Odd Framerate issues
after a solid week of searching, I am stumped. I have been playing for a bit now and have had bad framerate in free roam environments, both of my gpu and cpu usage is around 50 to 60% constantly with a 1050ti and a ryzen 5 2400g. no matter how low I put my settings, im getting the same framerate.
