The YouTube link by Ehroar describes the issue well. But to put it into words... One Thousand Voices exotic fusion rifle has (for some reason) got it's damage linked to your fps. The higher your fps, the more damage the gun does. This obviously puts consoles at a disadvantage. I havnt seen this posted anywhere other than Ehroars YouTube video. And I havnt seen it being mentioned by bungie - either as a problem or being fixed. Thanks - xco
