Saw something online and tested it, worked a little bit in PVE but Crucible was still unplayable for me. Yall should give it a try, but it doesn't sound safe. Disabling Windows Defender's real time scanning in the Threat Protection tab could reduce your stuttering in-game. I usually stutter hard in the Tower or the free-roam areas, but it seemed to go away when I disabled it. Once again, test it at your own risk. Hopefully Bungie fixes the stuttering :(
