Is this a fixed quest like the Polaris Lance once that you can start any time? Or does the first step HAVE to be done before the reset for the next step to be available? like could I start and finish the whole quest on the 15th November say? I'm away from home for two weeks and my mates about to break my window to climb in and do the first part for me so I'd kinda like to know.
