Can a Ghost choose a Fallen or Cabal to serve the Last Safe City?
Was having this discussion if this is even possible with a friend

3 RepliesTheoretically, yes. The ghosts grant the light upon first resurrection. However, they were created with the intention to resurrect humans. So, it is possible but wouldn't happen.

3 RepliesI believe that the first Fallen to have a ghost has already been chosen. Now I would appreciate a proper lore expert to see if this is true but I think Mithrax has a ghost. In a conversation to Cayde, Variks tells him Fallen have ways of coming back from death. Now Mithrax isn’t scorn, and I don’t think he’s like Taniks in the way he’s more machine than Fallen so he doesn’t get rebuilt. Therefore, I think Mithrax has a ghost. He is also cutting about with a Hunter and a Warlock in exotic lore.

I don't see a reason why they couldn't. I think the reason why we don't see any is because there weren't a lot of Cabal and Fallen around the solar system during the collapse so no worthy ones were found. If there were maybe some would have been 'chosen'.

12 RepliesWhy in the Traveler's name would a ghost take a fallen? The fallen are the enemy of humanity, way any competent self respecting ghost would want to rez them, the city would also kill the risen fallen and destroy the ghost.

It could, but guardians are already set in stone on who they would be (a ghost has a set guardian),but as of right now there aren’t any because they would fight other guardians more than likely which doesn’t do the traveler any good.

I think so, and I definetly hope so. I really want the eliksni to be a playable race in the future.
