I purchased Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Collection from Target on 11/3/2018. However, upon attempting to redeem the code on 11/4/2018, I've been told the code is not recognized. I contacted Sony Support who stated the code quit being recognized on 11/2/2018 in their systems. I was advised by Sony to contact either Target or Activision. Target has a corporate policy of no refunds for opened games and will only do an exchange for exact same game if the disc is damaged (not the case here). So, I headed on over to Activision's website which led me here.
I would sure like to be able to play Destiny: The Taken King. However, I'm assuming I need to speak with someone since we are talking about a redemption code and a forum is not necessarily the safest spot to request/discuss redemption codes. However, I do not see any phone number or email listed for support.
What is the best way to resolve this issue?

3 RepliesGet what Sony said to you in writing then show it to Target (get a manager). Managers have the ability to circumvent policy on a case-by-case basis for "customer service"
