so I was floored that they gave free copies out for their anniversary so I decided to try it out, and to my amazement, it was actually pretty fun. I recently was at "The farm" I think it was called and tried to make a transaction with the gun dealer there, but was kicked out of the game. I tried to log back in and it says that the account has been banned.
No I don't use cheats or hacks
Nor did I think I had any third party software doing anything?
I don't understand why I was banned...

2 RepliesEdited by Desert: 11/3/2018 4:45:18 PMHow was I supposed to know to delete any process or anything of the like, if in all other online games I was perfectly fine. Probably the only thing that caused their anti-cheat engine to bleep furiously is "process hacker" and don't let the name confuse you, it acts almost exactly like task manager except you can keep programs as "high priority" for cpu on startup. Look it up if you're confused. But that doesn't make me a cheater.. you can do that normally with task manager. The program only makes it continuously do that on startup, without having to go to the task manager each time you start your computer.

15 RepliesBungie does not discuss bans and will not lift them. PC Bans are usually due to 3rd party software, such as cheat engine, running in the background. The system submits an auto-report with the information to the Bungie team. You'll have to create a new account and buy the game again if you wish to continue playing.
