Currently close games are decided on Supers and power ammo usage. Nothing wrong with the game mode imo, it’s the sandbox. Lockdown would play much better and more welcome from the competitive community

  • Only problem with countdown is they take away the losing res-token on death mechanic. Everything else about it is pretty fair, and it’s the only comp game mode that isn’t decided by power ammo majority of the time.

  • Power ammo is not the big deal, the problem is not playing deffensively. Why you die to a grenade launcher? Because you rushed him with your shotgun, you died, you fed the enemy team, you lost the game. Clash is competitive 6v6 or 4v4, the sweat is the same, but in higher comp ranks, the smart players don't push the wardcliff coil guy, they take their time to kill him or bait him. Control IS Destiny, nothing else in the game is more Destiny than control. Lockdown, in the other side of the coin, is a competitive Destiny.
