When are you gonna patch the Riven Cheese?
Before you say its not cheese, yes it is because you are by passing most of the mechanics of the fight. The reason I'm asking is because its becoming hard to find a team that is willing to do it legit. Even making my own group takes me almost an hour. I mean you can just add a wipe mechanic if too many people end up on one side. Or make Riven herself be more resist to Cluster bombs. Anything to patch it. Please Bungie, fix this asap.
Also before anyone says otherwise

It's not on their list of known issues, so I doubt they plan on a patch. I have only two cheeses as well, and four total Raid completions. You can't control the community, and sadly, the community is the worst part of the game.

A cheese is something that takes all of the challenge out of an encounter, like the Calus cheese that despawned all ads. This cheese is more of a manipulation of damage. Having Bungie change that could screw up the she balance of the fight, making it nigh impossible to complete. Nobody is forcing you to cheese anything, and even if you attempt to cheese the fight, you sti have mobs you have to worry about, and the random factor of having him spawn in the room with you rendering the "cheese" ineffective.

3 RepliesEverybody has an opinion, but when the developers of the game state plainly that it’s not a cheese and they are not changing it, then you have the answer to your question. If you had a dedicated team this post wouldn’t exist. When people have to rely on random‘s and LFG then we end up with these types of posts. So you’re having trouble finding people to do it, as you say legit ,then create your own team. Whether you like it or not regardless of what you call it is just Guardians out DPSing the boss.
