Any suggestions for weapons in its archetype (110 rof). I miss that weapon(The first curse ) super bad. And I know bungie won't bring it back with its sister the last word. So I want a weapon I can use to take its place.

1 ReplyI personally loved The First Curse. Sure the gun alone was somewhat difficult to get a feel for. But when you got that First Curse perk to proc....damn did that thing hit like a freight train from far away. I remember I could land 93s from like a 3rd of the map away in the right spots. I'd love to see the gun itself return. If they brought it back exactly as it was, I'd be pretty happy.

1 ReplyUpgrade Sturm with the catalyst. It’s got great stats, and it’s a solid 110. Especially with Drang.

2 RepliesSturm and Drang are super underrated.

19 RepliesFirst curse was one of the most disappointing, useless, trash-tier weapons I’ve ever seen in a game, and they had the gall to make it an exotic. Why people want it back, I’ll never know. To bring that thing back you’d have to completely rework and at that point you may as well just make a new exotic that’s actually creative

I don’t get why some people have such a nostalgia-boner for the First Curse. It was useless in PvE and objectively inferior to pretty much any meta hand cannon in the Crucible. It looked kind of nice but it’s performance was wildly subpar.

First curse was all around fun as hell. Very cool gun. What i really miss though is my Truth. My sweet sweet Truth. Oh how it actually killed people.

YES -blam!-IN PLEASE!!!!!!

12 RepliesWhat if there was an exotic hand cannon that was slower than 110 rpm, but it hit hard enough to 2-tap anyone?
-
Steady hand, it's the first iron banner HC and feels like it.
-
Sturm is a better version.
-
I haven’t come across anything besides Sturm that comes close. Would love to get TFC back

4 RepliesDuke is a sniper for a handcannon and it’s a 110. It’s Not first curse but a suitable legendary replacement. I hope they bring it back in Black armory
-
1 Replyi wish they would make a first curse/last word hybrid sort of like mccree’s gun in overwatch; aim down sight for slow firing but precise and high damage shots or fan fire quickly for burst damage at a shorter range. if we could get a gun that fired as a 110 rpm with outlaw and moving target or something like that when aiming down sight but that then changed into a full auto last word with hip fire grip and outlaw or something like that, that would be super awesome.

9 RepliesMy Duke has outlaw and rampage, fun to use on my Warlock with Chromatic Fire

Try Sturm and drang. It can two tap with its perk active, and can ohk with empowering rift.
-
We need dont need anymore exotic hand cannons

To each there own I thought the first curse was mediocre, and not worth having to get to rank 5 of the gunsmith , or getting 10 headshots in one crucible match with a handcanon, and waiting for another armsday after that It was a vault dweller for me, only dusted it off when I got bored, but didn't use it long -
1 ReplyJust work for Luna’s howl

The First Curse... I remember you had to wait 2 WEEKS to get it fully complete it. ugh
-
Not exotic but Duke is the same archetype and really good with the right roll

Edited by TheTommieC: 11/2/2018 11:30:50 AMThe First Curse was one of my top three weapons in Destiny. True Prophecy (FWC) is the closest I've found to resemble TFC in the way it shoots/feels.

And then we'll need a weapon similar to hawkmoon put in the game first so they can nerf that 10 times to make the first curse clone look better
-
1 ReplyHigh impact handcannons have always been trash bro, 4 years of being trash actaully, 3 years of every other high impact weapon being trash Dont understand why you want/miss a trash weapon
-
Similar no, I want it back it was amongst my favorites for trials.

1 ReplyI loved FC. The sound and animation was beautiful. The perks could do with a rework though.
