I'm not clear on why its taking you hours but I agree to an extent. I don't quite understand why it makes sense to pay for bounties in any capacity. D1 you went to the tower, picked up daily and weekly bounties and played the game to complete them for reward. Now we have these dumb economies added into the game where I have to go get theses things in order to buy the thing we really want to do only to not get much from doing any of the things ;) Having to buy bounties is just a dumb idea. Having to buy bounties using an economy that has a super low cap of 20 is even dumber. Having to pay for bounties with a limited economy does not add to the game experience at all. Don't get me wrong, I have not had any trouble getting bounties or completing them etc. I just think its dumb the way they are setup. Oh and remove cores from infusion.

5 RepliesDestiny community: "Remove masterwork cores from infusion." Bungie: "We changed the name to enhancement cores, and gave you a couple bounties that award ONE -blam!-ING CORE EACH. Destiny community: "WTF?" Elitist D-bags: "Git gud. DUUURRR!"

If it really takes you THAT long to get ghost fragments and a few bounties done and you feel entitled to complain about it, then this type of game isn't for you and you should find something else. Fun fact: to obtain in game currency and items, you actually have to play the game. Crazy ain't it?
-
1 ReplyWait just a minute! You mean to tell me you had to play the game??? That's -blam!-ing outrageous! You should probably try to return it and get your money back.
-
1 ReplySo much fun reading a lame post Involving incessant whining.
-
I've actually been getting a decent amount of cores and stuff from scrapping blues I get farming lost sectors. Wether it's a bug or not, I've gotten way more cores in the last 3 days then I have in the last 2 months.
-
Then don’t do them?
-
How does it take you hours to grind for dead ghost shells? Do some patrols. It isnt that serious.

8 RepliesThe only ones happy about this latest, yet again, change in the Destiny economy, are the streamers because they have something more to stream about. But what could actually be worse than "watching" someone do that grind than doing it yourself??? No matter what Bungie does they just can't seem to get it right. I'd just like to know who's idea it was to go this route in the first place. And no, I don't want everything handed to me, I want a fair system for everyone, which means not catering to those than can sit down and play the game for 12 hours at a time. Is that too much to ask?

11 RepliesDon’t listen to the sheep getting on their hands and knees for Bungie, they are delusional and will never get it. I knew it was going to be a problem when they announced that they were increasing it. But not upping the amount of ghost fragments that drop. They don’t drop from every activity and when they do it it’s either one or two. What they don’t seem to understand is having to grind ghost fragments is boring, any other game I can go pick up a bounty and go do it no problem. There is no fun rewarding grind in the game it’s just slow and boring for the sake of extending play time and keeping player numbers up Just let the fools swim in their sea of mediocrity

As far as I can tell, many have succumbed to the ‘any content is better than no content-itis’ Gotta raise those enjoyment standards to get some better content out of them!
-
7 RepliesHere’s a piece of advice for you. NEVER play an ACTUAL MMO if you think this is grinding. It’s not.
-
I mean, I'm not gonna query your stance on the cores economy, in fact I may even be inclined to agree with you that putting them on Spider bounties is a bit meh, but "Hours"? Really?

Edited by N1NJ4W4RR10R_: 11/3/2018 11:08:06 AMDon't they tend to drop from patrols? Edit: *When you fail to realise OP is talking about enhancement cores because you have so many you don't need to farm for them*
-
4 RepliesIt's farming, it's not fun farming in any game unless you're into farming simulator. I'll agree that cores should have been removed from infusion but only because cores are now going to be worthless for most in weeks. They increased other ways they are recieved simultaneously and now they are just another currency.
-
I have to agree, but I’ll do it to get more “enhancement” cores because I hate using low level gear while trying to level up. Shame they couldn’t figure out to just drop “masterwork” cores from the infusion process.
-
Just grided for this shit a few hrs ago....not -blam!-ing fun.
-
We shouldn’t need to grind ghost fragments just to get bounties. And for what, 5 cores. Absurd
-
All for one and only one but you can hold 20 now so yeah
-
I got 10 ghost fragments in like maybe 30 min do patrols and ppl can have opinions even die hard fans got opinions isn't that why bungie has a forum
-
Grinding is prep work. We do it for the result.
-
Better than zero.
-
3 RepliesBy the time bungo figure out the real solution for this type of problem, the player base will drop significantly...... because of their dumb stupid decision...
-
1 ReplyHours? 1 heroic event = 2 fragments. 1 patrol= 1 fragment. You can easily get 20 in half an hour.
-
1 ReplyWay better than when cores were next to impossible to obtain. I don't mind doing stuff in the tangled shore... and heck IT GIVES YOU A REASON TO PLAY THE CONTENT THAT YOU PAID FOR!! I can have all of spiders stuff done in 30 minutes, which gives me another 40 for killing lost sector bosses, which give glimmer, gear, and enhancement cores. They want players to take their stuff into the endgame, and, heres a shocking concept, play the endgame in the dreaming city!
