Simply put I'm on the quest in which I'm trying to earn the sleeper stimulant. I'm on the step in which you have to farm for resonant stems to create override frequencies. the issue is that all of a sudden the resonant stems will not drop no mater what i do. i went from getting one ever minute or so from farming a lost sector to 0. when that happened i assumed that it wouldn't drop from that method but quickly found that no method of farming them was working.
