I reset 5 times my valor for Redrix
And I have Not got the pulse rifle Cozmo, bng4, anyone up there I finish all the quest and everything help.

Reset 5 times in a single season...

You gotta reset 5 times in quickplay(including modes like rumble supremacy and iron banner) in this season itself. Previous season resets before forsaken don’t count for the quest. If you’ve got all 5 resets done return to shaxx to receive the weapon if it’s not there one of two things happened 1. You haven’t finished the quest tied to broadsword (so let’s say you got your 5 resets but you still are on the step before it. Don’t worry once you complete the main steps any progress made this season by resetting will still count and you should see the quest evolve to speaking to shaxx to claim it) 2. You did one or more resets on your other characters (basically when you get to 2000 points you are told you can hold the button to reset. The quest is character specific so that means if you reset 4 times this season on your main class and once on your other character it won’t give you the 5 resets until you go back and earn all 5 resets on a single character for this season)
