When are we getting a fix for Riven Cheese?
Somewhat tired of having to explain the Riven fight to people with 20-odd completions on their card.
Just give her a wee bit more health so that it becomes impossible to burst her down before she wipes the team.
Sure, people who already [b]actually[/b] do the fight probably will have to 2-cycle her but it's better than nobody knowing what to do.

1 Replywhy so u can think u r special? The mechanics ain't all that hard and people will still eventually do it. one way or another. The only reason why people use the rocket strategy is because it is alot faster. i have done it both ways and if i was to b asked what strat we using, i would say bring out the rockets lol. The reason u made this post is because ur salty that other players can easily get through the raid. Which for some reason, it makes ur accomplishment less. Stop being a butthurt snowflake and mind ur own business.

1 ReplyMake your lfg post say you dont plan to use cluster strategy. Point of beating a boss is burning them asap. If it works and bungie doesnt care why ruin other peoples strategy.

5 RepliesI have a question,when you get to morgeth,do you guys use ikelios shotguns,sleepers or whispers,to one phase him or does everyone use hand cannons so it takes several phases. When you fight kali,does everyone use side arms and sub machine guns,so it takes more than 1 phase. Or do you sleepers and rockets to one phase her. Just curious,and don't tell me that it's different,because it isnt. Not are fault that people figured out a way to one phase the boss. If bungie fixes it or not I really don't care,but if they fix riven then make sure they fix the other encounters,since were cheesing those also.

We spent the time learning the fight (which is actually FUN as designed) and we would have no problem if they increased health requiring multiple cycles. Unfortunately, it looks like Bungie isn't going to fix this so their entire effort of designing and building this encounter is going to waste. I guess the scrubby players lucked out, c'est la vie

Haven’t we already had the discussion as to why this isn’t a priority for Bungo? You know 1.19% why this isn’t a priority for Bungo. Let it go. There’s more important things to fix with this game in my opinion anyway. Maybe come December with the DLC it will get patched.

They made a gun to do the strat and Bungie never said they would change it.

9 RepliesIt's not coming, because there is nothing broken to fix. You may not like the strategy, or prefer a longer fight, but that's preference. For example my team likes whisper spam with two cleansers, while many fireteams do shotgun with 1 cleanser on the Ogre.

7 RepliesMore health? -blam!- that. Just give her an Immunity shield once a certain amount of damage is taken. Also, it’s not a cheese. We are using max buffs to ensure max amount of damage is applied before she leaves. A cheese would be if we’re doing something game breaking like pushing Atheon off the cliff.
