Restore D1 titan movement/not skating for console players
The main reason nobody titan skated in D1 was because only a few knew how skate using shoulder charge or twilight garrison (exotic). TBH I can care less I just want the movement back. In D1 titans had to build up momentum to skate. D2 titan movement feels sluggish and slow.
