I have been having some issues for some time now where the game will crash randomly(Not activity specific). I have looked around and tried to find people with similar issues and have tried what they did but no luck. I have even gone as far as uninstalling the game and re-downloading it, uninstalling all graphics drivers, and uninstalling anything non-essential. The system integrity verification passes, I have de-fragmented / Optimized the drive and this issues though still remains and since today's update the game has become unplayable. It freezes (Task manager says the game is non responsive) even on trying to load the game. I'm at a loss at this point and any help would be very welcome.
Current Setup is:
Asus Maximus Hero IX
Intel i7 - 7700k
32 gb of Ram (G.Skill Trident Z RGB)
EVGA GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin
Acer Predator x34

Edited by chewmanfu28: 11/7/2018 12:58:32 AMI'm having the same issue and my build is spec'd fairly close to yours. I'm running an EVGA 1080 Ti as well. Are you getting the error code Broccoli too? I get it every time the game crashes. I think the issue might have something to do with the 1080 Ti cards. I'm hearing some people are having the success lowering the clock speeds on their cards, but that is a ridiculous solution, and we should not have to resort to this. I did not drop almost $1000 on a 1080 Ti to underclock the damn thing. Honestly I'm going to start complaining loudly about this to Bungie. There is clearly a larger issue going on here that they are not addressing, because I have seen many people reporting similar issues. I've tried posting in the forums, and all i get are the same lame suggestions to check my drivers. I've literally tried everything already, including reinstalling my drivers, the game, and even Windows, but the error persists. I just spent a small fortune on a brand new PC and D2 with all the expansions (before Forsaken included both Year 1 expansions, and before the base game was being given away free I might add), and I can't even play the damn thing. I'm having literally ZERO issues with any other games on my system, just D2. I have not even bothered trying any of the end game content like the nightfall or the raids because I know the game will crash, and I don't want to leave my fire-team in the lurch.

8 RepliesHello, Are you receiving any crash reports? They'd be located in a file somewhere similar to program files/Destiny 2/temp/crash_folder/pc_x64/crash_folder (random numbers)/crash_info.txt.

2 RepliesMy game crashes everyday at least 10 times or more for no reason. Only when I play this game, and I cannot figure out why. I’ve tried to get help or feedback from bungie, but no luck.
