What would your final words be to kill Uldern?
You have a chance to kill; you can kill him anyway you like. What are your words and/or actions be to kill him? Cayde's gun? a knife? a punch? a sword?
What would you do to Uldern?

The Titan drags the now broken and defeated Uldren Sov back to the gates of the Dreaming City. No words spoken just the relentless, mechanical movement of the exo. There at the threshold of his once and future home the bodies, and in some cases parts, of his Barons are displayed. Vengeance and rage have worked in tandem to bring about this final act. The remorse and horror are evident in Sov’s eyes. The exo is impassive as only a machine can be. Pushed to his knees and made to look out at his ‘empire’ the exo finally speaks. “Look out at your legacy ‘your highness’. Failure.” The last thing Sov hears is the unmistakeable sound of the hammer being pulled back on the famous weapon so recently in his possession. Then his world explodes.

Personally I would have let him live. Given that we discover his real sister later the same day (or week or whatever) I would lock him in the prison and let him wonder, every day, when I'm going to come take my revenge for Cayde and everyone else he's murdered in his mad quest. A single bullet was way too much of a waste. Plus I wouldn't have used anything but the ace of spades and that was broken so....you know...kinda awkward....

Honestly? I had this premeditated long ago. By the time I got to Uldren himself I'd have already made sure to take every single possible thing he ever had. Fully embody the theme of the way of the wraith, just a phantom ending everything without a word or sign of approach to strike fear into him and make him as paranoid as possible. Find him, then strike as quickly and as unnoticed as before, getting a blade right up to his neck before he knew I was there. Then, just pull Cayde's gun out of Uldren's holster, and leave with out a word so I could torment him for the rest of his life. Make him think I was always close by, ready to end him at a moment's notice and take away anything he tried to gain before he could. Force him to live in paranoia of this phantom haunting him over the years. When I was permanently at the back of his every thought, when he couldn't sleep without fear of me.... I'd stop. He wouldn't need me to keep him afraid anymore, he would be afraid anyway... and I'd let him live like that forever. That is my punishment to him for killing Cayde. A life of fear and nothing else.

1 ReplyIf I’m on my Titan, I’d use thundercrash on him just like I did with the tentacle monster eyeball (did it in front of a couple friends and it was hilarious (couldn’t stop laughing at how stupid of a kill it was)). If I’m on my hunter, chances are I’d try to kill using spectral blades and either he’d be confused as to whether I’m hitting him with knives or a -blam-ing pool noodle (though he’s so weak he’d die to that) or it’d take me several supers to actually hit him (all just to be funny). If I’m on my Warlock, it’d either be nova warp to the face or find some way to kill him with a Well of Radiance/Rift somehow.
